Just finished editing my latest video piece (which I shot way back in August... pretty sure Channel 13 won't be hiring me as an editor anytime soon!).  This one is about One Straw Farm -- Maryland's largest organic vegetable farm -- and their struggles with the state bureaucracy.

After a couple of recents shoots in Colombia for Bloomberg News, I now know a lot more about what is involved in fueling my car and waking up my body. 

My first shoot took me to Ecopetrol’s refinery in Barrancabermeja, a fascinating place to visit (and a great place for a fashion shoot!)
